Jimmy Chou leads several Business Units at EM Engineering, overseeing the Lift, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Playground and Fitness Corner businesses, with a strong focus on smart and sustainable solutions.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across Southeast Asia, Jimmy has successfully built and scaled high-performing, cross-functional teams and businesses within multinational corporations. He is passionate about developing people, driving growth and creating sustainable business value.

During his 13-year tenure with Avery Dennison, Jimmy led the ASEAN team through multiple years of strong growth, supporting a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Health & Beauty, Petrochemical, Electronics and Packaging.

In addition, Jimmy brings over 17 years of experience in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector. His career with organisations such as Carrier, UGL, EM Services and EM Engineering demonstrated strong technical expertise, ranging from ACMV system design to the successful delivery of large-scale lift installation projects. His portfolio included Green Mark-certified and performance-guaranteed contracts.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jimmy’s love for sports continued since his school days. Nowadays, he enjoys jogging, fishing and reading during his leisure time.
