With over 30 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in Multi-National Companies across Southeast Asia, he enjoys building Teams and Businesses.

During his 13-year tenure with Avery Dennison, he led the ASEAN Team through multi-year growth achieving a CAGR of 26%, catering to industries in the FMCG, Health & Beauty Aid, Petrol Chemical, Electronics and Packaging.

In the M&E sector, his 14-year journey with Carrier, UGL, and EM Services showcased technical expertise, from ACMV system design to delivering turn-key projects with Green-Mark Certified Performance Guaranteed Contracts.

Aside from his passion in growing businesses and teams, Jimmy’s love for sports persists since his schooling days. A former representative in Inter-Varsity Dragon Boat Races and Inter-School International Chess Competitions, he now enjoys jogging, fishing, and reading.
